Terms and Conditions of Ticket Purchase

 

Please read our refund and exchange policy. It is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser to be aware of these conditions when buying tickets.

This policy refers to all events where Little Seed Theatre Company is the ticketing organiser. For events where ticketing is managed by a third party, their ticketing policies will be adhered.

When purchasing tickets you agree to abide by the COVID Safe guidelines outlined for that event at the time of performance. We reserve the right to refuse entry if ticket-holders are unable to follow these guidelines. Our staff are incredibly friendly and hardworking. We have a zero tolerance rule of abuse of harassment towards staff. We reserve the right to remove you from the event without refund if this occurs. We greatly appreciate your co-operation.

REFUNDS WILL BE AVAILABLE TO PATRONS:

  • If the show is cancelled

  • If the show is rescheduled to a new date

  • If you are in lockdown or have been instructed to quarantine

  • If you are waiting on the result of a Covid test

  • If you have received a positive Covid test

  • If you have recently been to a declared hotspot by QLD Health

Refund requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the event. Requests made on the day of the event or after the event will not be processed.

REFUNDS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE:

  • For change of mind

  • If you can no longer attend

  • If restrictions have changed and you no longer want to attend, but are not actually prevented from attending due to the restrictions

  • If restrictions have changed and you are high-risk, or no longer feel safe attending, but are not actually prevented from attending due to the restrictions

  • If you do not wish to check in or wear a mask (if applicable)

  • If one or several people in your group cannot attend due to restrictions, only the effected parties will be able to get a refund
